Auction Entries & Appointment Dates

We are always pleased to hear from customers who may have antiques, collectables, furniture, jewellery, artwork or other interesting items to sell.

As we work to a monthly auction timetable, there are certain periods before and after each sale when our team is fully occupied with cataloguing, preparing the auction and arranging purchaser collections. During these times, we are unfortunately unable to accept new entries.

Please Contact Us Before Bringing Items

All auction entries are by prior arrangement.

Before making a journey to the saleroom, please contact us and let us know:

• what you would like to enter;
• approximately how many items you have; and
• whether you can provide photographs.

A member of our team will then confirm whether the items are suitable and arrange a convenient date and time for you to bring them in.

Please wait until you have received confirmation from a member of staff before bringing any items to the saleroom.

Leaving a message or requesting an appointment does not mean that the appointment has yet been confirmed.

When We Are Unable to Accept Entries

We are unable to accept new auction entries during:

• the preparation week immediately before an auction;
• viewing and auction days; and
• the purchaser collection and administration week immediately following an auction.

Although the office may be open for viewing, payments, collections or other enquiries during these periods, we may not be able to receive items for a future sale.

2026–2027 Auction Entry Calendar

October 2026 Auction

• Viewing: Friday 2 October 2026
• Auction: Saturday 3 October 2026
• No new entries: Monday 28 September to Friday 9 October 2026

Entry appointments may normally be requested between:

• Monday 10 August and Friday 25 September 2026
• Monday 12 October and Friday 6 November 2026

These are periods during which appointments may be available, rather than general delivery dates. Please contact us so that we can confirm a suitable date and time.

November 2026 Auction

• Viewing: Thursday 12 and Friday 13 November 2026
• Auction: Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November 2026
• No new entries: Monday 9 November to Friday 20 November 2026

Entry appointments may normally be requested again from:

• Monday 23 November 2026

Appointments during December and January will be subject to our Christmas and New Year opening arrangements.

February 2027 Auction

• Viewing: Friday 12 February 2027
• Auction: Saturday 13 February 2027
• No new entries: Monday 8 February to Friday 19 February 2027

Subject to our Christmas and New Year opening arrangements, entry appointments may normally be requested up to:

• Friday 5 February 2027

Entry appointments may normally be requested again from:

• Monday 22 February 2027

Further dates will be added once our later 2027 auction calendar has been confirmed.

How to Request an Appointment

Please contact us before travelling and provide:

• your name and telephone number;
• a brief description of the items;
• the approximate quantity;
• photographs, where possible; and
• details of any particularly large or heavy items.

We will review the information and contact you to confirm whether the items are suitable and arrange an appointment.

While we cannot guarantee that every item will be accepted or included in a particular auction, we will always be happy to offer honest advice.
