TEMPORARY EXTENDED CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR CLOSURE

As we approach the festive season, we would like to wish all our clients a very very happy Christmas and a wonderful and peaceful New Year.

This year our usual holiday closure will be extended to allow essential maintenance to the saleroom roof. As the roof contains asbestos, specialist contractors will be working during January, and for everyone’s safety the building must be completely vacated while this takes place.

Accordingly, the saleroom and offices will be closed from Monday 8 December until Saturday 14 February inclusive.

During this period the building will be fully locked and no staff or porters will be on site. This means:

• No collections or deliveries can be made

• No access to stored items is possible under any circumstances

• We cannot open the building for individual requests

• Email will be monitored intermittently, but no in-person assistance is available

Buyers — Purchases from our 20–22 November Sale

We have extended our normal collection period by one extra week.
Please ensure all purchased lots are paid for and collected by Monday 8 December.

Items not collected by that date must be moved to secure offsite storage, where storage charges will apply. These items cannot be accessed again until at least 14 February.

Vendors — Unsold Lots & Consignments

We will be contacting all vendors whose items remain with us following the last sale.
Unsold lots will need either to be collected or transferred to secure storage prior to closure.

Future Consignments

We are unable to accept new consignments until March 2026 after our February sale has completed.
